Diagnostics

Information collected about the performance of our apps, such as crash logs, app performance data (e.g., launch time, energy consumption) and other data collected to measure technical diagnostics related to the app.

Location Information

When you download and use our Services, we automatically detect your approximate location, i.e., country and state, via your IP address. With your consent, we may collect additional location information, such as your city, via your IP address.

Media and Other Files

If you choose to upload media or files, whether when contacting support or using optional features, the app will request access to these files. If you choose to use features involving photos, we will request access to your camera. These permissions are optional and do not restrict access to the app's core features. Any media content used in these optional features remains on your device and is only shared with us when you intentionally submit it to support.
